Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in coordinating and promoting activities and events
- Degree in recreation, hospitality, or communication field preferred
- Knowledge of licensing requirements for events
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to travel locally with personal vehicle

- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of appropriate licensing for public and semi-public events (music and movie)
- Experience with ticket sales systems and payment processing systems
- Degree in recreation, hospitality or communication field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in coordinating and promoting activities and events
Job Duties
- Plan and execute regular community-wide signature events, outdoor movie nights and family-friendly activities throughout the year
- Develop budgets for community programs and events
- Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to develop community partnerships and sponsorship
- Develop and implement a diverse calendar of social, recreational, and cultural events, including holiday celebrations, health and wellness programs, and educational seminars
- Oversee the programming and scheduling of all community facilities, amenities and parks
- Assist with booking and monitoring resident club and facility rentals
- Create and promote the community newsletter, public relations and marketing publications
- Develop and promote an active volunteer program among residents
- Coordinate the collection of fees as applicable
- Return all phone calls regarding amenity and event inquiries within 24 hours
