Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in event management
- strong organizational skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- knowledge of food and beverage operations including alcohol service
- ability to work evenings weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- flexibility to navigate multiple venues
- positive attitude and problem-solving skills
- teamwork oriented
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in event management preferably in hospitality or food and beverage
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- knowledge of food and beverage operations including menu planning and alcohol service
- positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset
- ability to problem-solve under pressure
- collaborative team player
- experience managing multiple locations or venues preferred
- familiarity with beer brewing or craft beverage industries preferred
- event marketing or sales background preferred
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for private event inquiries
- conduct site visits and consultations with clients
- develop and present tailored event proposals and contracts
- manage event booking schedules across locations
- coordinate with kitchen and bar teams on menus and staffing
- oversee event execution ensuring timely and on-budget delivery
- collaborate with taproom staff to prepare event spaces
- act as on-site event supervisor and resolve issues
- provide post-event follow-ups and collect feedback
- train and mentor taproom staff on event operations
- coordinate schedules and labor costs with management
- communicate with FOH and BOH teams to maintain service consistency
- maintain detailed event records and client communications
- track revenue and expenses and report to management
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- collaborate with marketing to promote event spaces
- create and update event promotional materials
