Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
  • one to two years experience and/or training
  • equivalent combination of education and experience
  • ability to function with minimum supervision
  • ability to handle complaints, investigate incidents and write reports
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • ability to react well under pressure and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness

Job Duties

  • Train and instruct employees
  • prepare facility for opening and closing during events in the absence of Co-Event Services Manager or Assistant General Manager
  • schedule workers
  • monitor activity during events
  • enforce rules
  • respond to emergencies
  • serve as liaison to Assistant General Manager
  • emphasize parking services including understanding of parking and traffic procedures
  • develop and implement parking program for all guests
  • insure financial accountability and maximization of parking revenues
  • oversee parking lot cleanliness and maintenance
  • serve as liaison for all parking related questions and concerns
  • prepare replies to public correspondence with patrons
  • other duties as assigned
