Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of client-facing event management experience
- Proven ability to coordinate virtual and in-person events
- Familiarity with wearable device technologies
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment (Burlingame, CA / NYC)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, communications, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of client-facing experience in event management, production, or creative agencies
- Proven experience coordinating virtual and in-person events
- Strong knowledge of wearable devices and tech product demonstrations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in event management software and tools
Job Duties
- Manage and coordinate virtual and in-person events
- Oversee event production timelines and logistics
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver memorable product experiences
- Engage directly with clients to ensure event objectives are met
- Utilize expertise in wearable devices to enhance event demonstrations
- Monitor event budgets and resource allocation
- Evaluate event success and generate post-event reports
