Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to travel frequently across the US for events and customer programs
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on event management experience
- Experience managing multi-day customer events
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Job Qualifications
- 2-4 years of event management, field marketing, or experiential marketing experience
- Proven experience planning and executing customer-facing, multi-day events
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with customer summits or user conferences
- Familiarity with live event production, A/V coordination, and vendor management
- Ability to support product demonstrations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable engaging with customers and executives
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Job Duties
- Own end-to-end planning and delivery of customer summits including regional and national programs
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics for multiple summits annually
- Coordinate venues, vendors, catering, audio/visual needs, signage, staffing, travel, and on-site execution
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop agendas, content, and customer-centric experiences
- Support planning and execution of industry trade shows, regional field events, and customer engagements
- Serve as on-site lead or support for event execution from load-in to breakdown
- Troubleshoot logistical, technical, or operational issues during live events
