Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the US for events and customer programs
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on event management experience
  • Experience managing multi-day customer events
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Job Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of event management, field marketing, or experiential marketing experience
  • Proven experience planning and executing customer-facing, multi-day events
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience with customer summits or user conferences
  • Familiarity with live event production, A/V coordination, and vendor management
  • Ability to support product demonstrations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable engaging with customers and executives
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Job Duties

  • Own end-to-end planning and delivery of customer summits including regional and national programs
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics for multiple summits annually
  • Coordinate venues, vendors, catering, audio/visual needs, signage, staffing, travel, and on-site execution
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop agendas, content, and customer-centric experiences
  • Support planning and execution of industry trade shows, regional field events, and customer engagements
  • Serve as on-site lead or support for event execution from load-in to breakdown
  • Troubleshoot logistical, technical, or operational issues during live events
