Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or minimum two years experience in hotel sales or related field
  • Experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or related industry preferred
  • Experience with event planning and wedding vendors a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and colleagues
  • Impeccable work ethic
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales systems
  • Ability to plan, organize, and execute conferences, corporate meetings, and special events
  • Able to work independently and follow directives from leadership

Job Qualifications

  • Develop detailed event timelines
  • Manage logistics for weddings and corporate events
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth event execution
  • Provide personalized guidance to clients throughout the planning process
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients and team members
