Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in janitorial or facility services management
- demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- capability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- legal authorization to work in the United States

- Lead and manage janitorial teams at sports and entertainment venues
- ensure quality service delivery compliant with contracts and budgets
- engage with clients regularly to maintain strong relationships
- plan and direct activities to maximize project profitability
- control expenses to meet financial objectives
- retain current customers and expand billable services
