Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in event management or hospitality
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in event management or related hospitality roles
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in managing event logistics
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Detail-oriented and organized

Job Duties

  • Provide the highest levels of customer service to internal partners and external clients
  • Deliver successful event experiences to planners and attendees
  • Respond quickly and professionally to all internal and external communications
  • Monitor and manage all pre-event, event, and post-event details including room blocks, meeting spaces, concessions, contract clauses, event orders, and billing
  • Gain knowledge of the hotel's food and beverage products, pricing, and presentation
  • Familiarize with hotel function spaces and audiovisual equipment
  • Demonstrate excellent time management, self-motivation, and organizational skills with attention to detail
