Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in sales, catering, or banquet operations preferred but not required
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed

Job Duties
- Act as a liaison between sales person and customer to ensure meeting and event success
- Maximize revenue opportunities with upsell enhancements
- Coordinate and communicate with sales and operations departments to ensure smooth event execution
- Conduct monthly forecasting of estimated food and beverage revenue
- Ensure billing accuracy for events
- Manage event details to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Support consistent and reliable event operations
