Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Complete background check
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and late nights
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds frequently
  • Ability to stand and walk for 8-12 hours
  • Possession of TABC and Food Handlers license

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year experience in a similar event management role
  • College degree or applicable work history
  • Possession of TABC and Food Handlers license required in Texas
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling regulations
  • Customer service oriented with a focus on delivering 5-star experiences
  • Physical ability to lift 30 lbs frequently and stand or walk for 8-12 hours

Job Duties

  • Assist with the hiring and training of banquet employees including bartenders, servers, and dishwashers
  • Ensure all banquet staff conduct clock-in and clock-out procedures
  • Assist with scheduling hourly staff for events while maintaining proper staffing levels
  • Execute banquet event orders (BEOs) and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Follow all safe food handling guidelines
  • Provide training, coaching, and feedback to employees during events
  • Spearhead food and beverage and back-of-house operations during events
  • Lead the set-up and breakdown of all event spaces according to BEO
  • Maintain venue cleanliness before and after events
  • Assist with procuring and ordering event and venue supplies including alcohol
  • Enforce company standards, policies, and procedures consistently
