Job Duties
- Review plans and execute all types of events including board dinners, awards events, conferences, sponsorship events, charity events, and employee initiatives
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and schedules
- Implement tracking systems to assess event effectiveness
- Develop and manage budgets, staffing plans, and logistical details
- Leverage partners across business groups to coordinate events effectively
- Identify opportunities for executives to enhance their community profile through speaking and presentations
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers including contract negotiations
