Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Working knowledge of Major League Soccer regulations and stadium requirements
  • Ability to read and interpret contracts
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience managing part-time or full-time staff is a plus
  • Knowledge of Major League Soccer and stadium-related requirements
  • Experience reading contracts and executing terms
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Positive and optimistic attitude to lead and inspire teams
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work productively in dynamic environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution of soccer matches including LAFC, ACFC, international competitions, and other sporting events at BMO Stadium
  • Provide operational support in executing concerts, private events, and other events hosted at BMO Stadium
  • Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams and departments
  • Collaborate with departments to develop operational plans aligning with promoter and event needs
  • Act as liaison between LAFC front office, promoters, and stadium teams to coordinate production and event-day requirements
  • Assist with soccer match tasks, ensuring compliance with MLS policies and match protocols
  • Coordinate with local vendors and city entities for permits
  • Create master production schedules including stadium conversion and event timelines
  • Conduct internal and external production meetings communicating event requirements
  • Manage event expenses and maintain budgetary controls
  • Develop concepts, budgets, and maintain event documentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
