  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing events in a high volume environment

Job Duties

  • Coordinate all aspects of pre-event planning, onsite logistics and post-event wrap up
  • Plan menus, layout, decor, and book external vendors when appropriate for events
  • Track the event budget from initial stages and provide an after-event summary of cost
  • Collaborate with key partners to ensure delivery of all event requirements including audio-visual, marketing, facilities, procurement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide recommendations based on experience and trends in the industry to enhance each event
  • Attend weekly cross-team organizational meetings
