Job Duties
- Prepare all event documentation and coordinate with sales and hotel departments
- Plan, organize, and manage details for group and convention bookings
- Negotiate meetings, rooms, rates, and related requirements
- Monitor and maximize room and meeting space revenues
- Manage function details and handle customer complaints
- Lead pre-event and post-event meetings
- Communicate event details to customers and hotel staff
