Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or event management
  • minimum of 3 years experience in catering or event management
  • strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • capacity to stand or walk for extended periods

  • excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • knowledge of event planning and vendor coordination
  • ability to manage multiple events simultaneously

Job Duties

  • manage VIP and high-profile events ensuring seamless execution and impeccable service
  • liaise with clients to plan and execute customized event experiences
  • oversee day-to-day food service operations and logistics
  • train and mentor staff on event planning, vendor management, crisis resolution and client relations
  • develop and deliver server training focusing on service etiquette and hospitality
  • maintain high standards of food and beverage presentation
  • coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure event success
