Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or event management
- minimum of 3 years experience in catering or event management
- strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- capacity to stand or walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- manage VIP and high-profile events ensuring seamless execution and impeccable service
- liaise with clients to plan and execute customized event experiences
- oversee day-to-day food service operations and logistics
- train and mentor staff on event planning, vendor management, crisis resolution and client relations
- develop and deliver server training focusing on service etiquette and hospitality
- maintain high standards of food and beverage presentation
- coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure event success
