Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare all event documentation and coordinate with sales and hotel departments
- Plan, organize, and manage in-house details for group and convention bookings
- Participate in negotiation meetings for functions, rooms, and rates
- Monitor and control event budgets and details to maximize revenues
- Communicate and coordinate with customers throughout event phases
- Lead pre-event and post-event meetings for assigned groups
- Oversee customer experiences from file turnover through post-event phases
