Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum of 2 years hotel sales experience
- at least 1 year food and beverage experience
- knowledge of contract negotiation and interpretation
- proficient business communication skills
- computer literacy including Microsoft Office
- professional appearance
- effective public and team communication skills
- ability to manage time efficiently and work under pressure
- familiarity with hospitality sales CRM systems
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of hotel sales experience
- one year food and beverage experience
- strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts
- developed business communication skills both written and verbal
- working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office

- experience with major hospitality sales CRM systems
Job Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of events from planning to execution
- act as liaison between the customer and hotel sales team
- provide direction and supervision during event execution
- be available to customers during events to solve problems and suggest alternatives
- manage logistics of group room blocks, food and beverage, public meeting spaces, and billing processes
- ensure flawless event delivery that exceeds guest expectations
- maintain proactive communication with clients and team members
