Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum of 2 years hotel sales experience
  • at least 1 year food and beverage experience
  • knowledge of contract negotiation and interpretation
  • proficient business communication skills
  • computer literacy including Microsoft Office
  • professional appearance
  • effective public and team communication skills
  • ability to manage time efficiently and work under pressure
  • familiarity with hospitality sales CRM systems

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of hotel sales experience
  • one year food and beverage experience
  • strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts
  • developed business communication skills both written and verbal
  • working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
  • professional appearance and confidence
  • effective communication skills with the public and team members
  • strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • experience with major hospitality sales CRM systems

Job Duties

  • Coordinate all aspects of events from planning to execution
  • act as liaison between the customer and hotel sales team
  • provide direction and supervision during event execution
  • be available to customers during events to solve problems and suggest alternatives
  • manage logistics of group room blocks, food and beverage, public meeting spaces, and billing processes
  • ensure flawless event delivery that exceeds guest expectations
  • maintain proactive communication with clients and team members
