Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum of 2 years hotel sales experience
  • at least 1 year of food and beverage experience
  • proficiency in contract negotiation and interpretation
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • computer literacy including Microsoft Office
  • professional appearance
  • effective interpersonal communication skills
  • ability to manage time efficiently and perform under pressure
  • familiarity with hospitality sales CRM software

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of hotel sales experience
  • 1-year food and beverage experience
  • strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts
  • developed business communication skills, both written and verbal
  • working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
  • present a professional appearance and confidence
  • ability to communicate effectively with public and team members
  • strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • experience with major hospitality sales CRM systems

Job Duties

  • Coordinate all aspects of events from initial planning to execution
  • Act as liaison between customers and hotel sales staff
  • Provide direction and supervision during meetings, banquets, and events
  • Remain available during events to solve problems and suggest alternatives
  • Serve group and catering customers proactively
  • Manage logistics of group room blocks, food and beverage, public meeting space, and billing processes
