Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of hotel sales experience
- 1-year food and beverage experience
- strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts
- developed business communication skills both written and verbal
- working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
- present a professional appearance and confidence
- ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members
- strong time management skills
- experience with major hospitality sales CRM systems

Job Duties
- coordinate all aspects of event planning from initial consultation to execution
- serve as liaison between customers and hotel sales personnel
- provide direction and supervision during meetings, banquets, and event functions
- manage logistics of group room blocks, food and beverage coordination, public meeting spaces, and billing
- resolve problems and suggest alternatives during events
- ensure outstanding guest service and satisfaction
- maintain effective communication with customers and team members
