Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of hotel sales experience
  • At least 1 year of food and beverage experience
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Experience with hospitality sales CRM systems
  • Professional demeanor and appearance

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 2 plus years of hotel sales experience
  • 1 year of food and beverage experience
  • Strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts
  • Developed business communication skills, written and verbal
  • Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members
  • Experience with major hospitality sales CRM systems
  • Present a professional appearance and confidence

Job Duties

  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning from initial consultation to execution
  • Act as a liaison between customers and hotel sales personnel
  • Provide direction and supervision during meeting and banquet functions
  • Be available to customers during events to resolve issues and suggest alternatives
  • Manage logistics of group room blocks, food and beverage, meeting spaces, and billing
  • Work proactively with group and catering customers
  • Ensure a seamless and memorable event experience for guests
