Job Duties
- Serve as the primary contact for facility rental inquiries and bookings
- coordinate scheduling with internal stakeholders
- ensure rental agreements, permits, and insurance compliance
- conduct pre-event walkthroughs and orientations
- operate and oversee use of technical systems like lighting, sound, and audiovisual equipment
- set up and manage technical elements during events
- troubleshoot technical issues
- open and secure facilities before and after events
- supervise event setup and enforce facility policies
- act as onsite representative for safety and security
- ensure equipment shutdown and security post-event
- inspect facilities for damages and cleanliness
- coordinate or perform cleanup
- report damages and technical issues to administration
- prepare venue hire packages and pricing options
- communicate and enforce security protocols
- coordinate custodial union overtime needs
