Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional events in line with Sheraton brand standards
  • work directly with operations teams and clients to ensure seamless event execution
  • manage all aspects of event planning including contract coordination, VIP needs, amenities, group resumes, and BEOs
  • establish and maintain client relationships to maximize revenue
  • create and present promotional enhancement and up-sell strategies
  • support operational aspects of booked business by transferring accurate and timely information to hotel operations
  • resolve guest issues arising from the sales process and escalate when appropriate
  • maximize room and meeting space utilization, revenues, and profits while maintaining quality
  • demonstrate appropriate behaviors as a role model
  • foster open communication between employees
  • perform additional duties as assigned by management
