Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in event management or related hospitality role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work full time on site
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Proficiency with standard computer software
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of participating in client meetings and site visits

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in event management or hospitality
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Proficiency in event management software or tools
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Provide the highest levels of customer service to internal partners and external clients
  • Deliver successful event experiences for planners and attendees
  • Respond promptly, professionally, and clearly to all communications
  • Participate in meetings, conference calls, and client site visits
  • Monitor and manage pre-event, event, and post-event details including room blocks, meeting space, concessions, event orders, and billing
  • Track group history, contract clauses, and other relevant event data
  • Maintain keen attention to detail and organization throughout all event management activities
