Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work reliably and consistently
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive and helpful attitude
  • Availability to work flexible hours
  • Previous experience in hospitality preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service skills
  • Knowledge of menu planning
  • Knowledge of food preparation
  • Knowledge of banquet and event service operations
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Experience in sales, catering, or banquets preferred
  • Attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Act as liaison between sales and customers throughout the event process to ensure successful meetings and events
  • Maximize revenue opportunities with upsell enhancements
  • Ensure events run smoothly by communicating and coordinating with sales and operations departments
  • Conduct monthly forecasting of food and beverage revenue
  • Ensure billing accuracy
  • Coordinate event details execution
  • Provide excellent customer service during events
