Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work reliably and consistently
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Positive and helpful attitude
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Previous experience in hospitality preferred

- Knowledge of menu planning
- Knowledge of food preparation
- Knowledge of banquet and event service operations

- Experience in sales, catering, or banquets preferred
- Attention to detail
Job Duties
- Act as liaison between sales and customers throughout the event process to ensure successful meetings and events
- Maximize revenue opportunities with upsell enhancements
- Ensure events run smoothly by communicating and coordinating with sales and operations departments
- Conduct monthly forecasting of food and beverage revenue
- Ensure billing accuracy
- Coordinate event details execution
- Provide excellent customer service during events
