Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Act as a liaison between sales person and customer throughout the event process to ensure success of meetings and events
  • Maximize revenue opportunities with upsell enhancements
  • Ensure events run smoothly by communicating and coordinating with sales and various operations departments for execution of details
  • Conduct monthly forecasting of estimated food and beverage revenue
  • Ensure billing accuracy
  • Assist with menu planning and event service coordination
  • Maintain strong customer service and client relationship management
