Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Act as a liaison between sales person and customer throughout the event process to ensure success of meetings and events
- Maximize revenue opportunities with upsell enhancements
- Ensure events run smoothly by communicating and coordinating with sales and various operations departments for execution of details
- Conduct monthly forecasting of estimated food and beverage revenue
- Ensure billing accuracy
- Assist with menu planning and event service coordination
- Maintain strong customer service and client relationship management
