Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of related experience
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- ability to work independently and in a team
- willingness to work various shifts including weekends and evenings
- ability to lift or move up to 80 pounds
- able to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, climbing stairs, and balancing
- meet vision requirements including close and distance vision
- pass background checks including drug testing and criminal history

Job Duties
- Prepare all event documentation
- coordinate with sales, property departments, and customers to ensure high-level service
- oversee events of average complexity
- ensure seamless turnover from sales to service back to sales
- identify opportunities to maximize revenue through upselling and enhancements
- collaborate effectively across teams
- evaluate events post-completion
