Job Requirements

  • College degree or applicable work history
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role with comparable responsibilities preferred
  • Must have TABC and Food Handlers license in Texas
  • Able to lift 30 lbs frequently
  • Able to stand or walk 8-12 hours
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Submit and complete background check
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Assist with the hiring and training of banquet employees including bartenders servers and dishwashers
  • Ensure all banquet staff conduct clock-in and clock-out procedures
  • Assist with scheduling hourly staff for events while maintaining proper staffing levels
  • Ensure 5-star reviews by executing BEOs and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Follow all safe food handling guidelines
  • Nurture and develop employees through training coaching and providing constructive feedback
  • Spearhead food and beverage and back-of-house operations during events
  • Lead the set-up and breakdown of all event spaces according to BEO
  • Maintain venue cleanliness pre- and post-events
  • Assist with procuring and ordering event and venue-specific supplies including alcohol and ensuring timely delivery and quality control
  • Enforce company standards policies and procedures consistently
