Job Requirements
- College degree or applicable work history
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role with comparable responsibilities preferred
- Must have TABC and Food Handlers license in Texas
- Able to lift 30 lbs frequently
- Able to stand or walk 8-12 hours
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Submit and complete background check
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Assist with the hiring and training of banquet employees including bartenders servers and dishwashers
- Ensure all banquet staff conduct clock-in and clock-out procedures
- Assist with scheduling hourly staff for events while maintaining proper staffing levels
- Ensure 5-star reviews by executing BEOs and delivering exceptional customer service
- Follow all safe food handling guidelines
- Nurture and develop employees through training coaching and providing constructive feedback
- Spearhead food and beverage and back-of-house operations during events
- Lead the set-up and breakdown of all event spaces according to BEO
- Maintain venue cleanliness pre- and post-events
- Assist with procuring and ordering event and venue-specific supplies including alcohol and ensuring timely delivery and quality control
- Enforce company standards policies and procedures consistently
