- Two years of restaurant or FEC management in a high volume environment preferred
- Proven leadership and team skills with ability to motivate and manage all levels of staff preferred
- Strong training and development background preferred
- Working knowledge of cost controls preferred
Job Duties
- Lead team members with integrity and purpose
- Empower staff to deliver exceptional legendary service
- Support company motto striving for perfection
- Managing daily operations including staffing scheduling repair maintenance cleanliness and organization
- Develop staff and provide direct honest feedback regarding individual performance
- Manage staff training and employee relations
- Maintain high staff morale
- Participate in recruitment and retention of staff
- Maximize daily sales and manage costs labor and cash control
- Manage department labor costs within budgets
- Ensure site inspections meet standards
- Organize and maintain cleanliness of department areas
- Coordinate with sales department for event scheduling and planning
- Oversee and inventory all unit equipment
