Job Duties
- act as a liaison between sales person and customer throughout the event process to ensure success of meetings and events
- maximize revenue opportunities with upsell enhancements
- ensure events run smoothly by communicating and coordinating with sales and various operations departments for execution of details
- conduct monthly forecasting of estimated food and beverage revenue
- ensure billing accuracy
