Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years experience in event coordination required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work extended and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience in a sports, entertainment, or live event venue
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience coordinating large-scale events in sports, entertainment, or live event venues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with event management software and AutoCAD is a plus
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and oversee all logistical aspects of assigned events including pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event wrap-up
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients before and during events ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with promoters, vendors, internal departments, and guests
  • Communicate facility policies, procedures, and technical capabilities to clients, vendors, and the public
  • Facilitate pre-event planning meetings and post-event debriefs with clients and stakeholders
  • Prepare and submit pre-settlement expenses and manage post-event billing
  • Provide professional development guidance to Event Services Coordinators and Interns
