Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in marketing or other field
- 5-7 years of professional non-internship marketing event experience
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and work across time zones
- Experience developing and managing digital projects such as event invites event landing pages online banners event registration and email copy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
Job Qualifications

- Experience building executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- 5-7 years of professional non-internship marketing event experience
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and work across time zones
- Experience developing and managing digital projects such as event invites event landing pages online banners event registration and email copy
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience developing relationships with team members stakeholders vendors and partners
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience coordinating email communication event coordination experiential event production complex project management optional
- Preferred 4 years of experience creating event-specific messaging and audience acquisition plans
- Preferred experience with technology industry or global consumer brand
- Preferred experience in the advertising industry and or online advertising
- Preferred ability to manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced cross-functional environment
- Preferred ability to simplify complex processes to create internal and external efficiencies
- Preferred ability to work independently and autonomously
Job Duties
- Own event production management on a number of workflows for events including pre-production logistics planning onsite execution as well as post-event wrap up
- Contribute to creative ideation around experiential activations and customer engagement
- Contribute to the development of project plans and manage deliverables and timelines associated with event plan
- Track collect and report on event metrics and analyze program elements for effectiveness to measure success and YoY improvement recommendations
- Communicate and collaborate with internal cross functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of event deliverables
- Work with 3rd party event agencies guiding them to ensure timely delivery of program deliverables
