Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in event planning and management, project management, or related fields
- Proven track record in logistical coordination and stakeholder management
- Experience with content development and data analysis
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Proficiency with applicable digital collaboration and marketing tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Job Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in event planning and management, project management, logistics coordination, stakeholder and agency partnership, communication, content development, or data analysis/report generation in dynamic business environments
- Minimum of 4 years' proven track record in event planning, project management, and logistical coordination within a dynamic environment
- Minimum of 4 years' experience with stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of successful agency partnerships
- Minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience with content development and data analysis, including the ability to generate and interpret actionable reports
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Experience executing multi-channel campaigns or large-scale corporate events, demonstrating creative problem-solving and adaptability
- Proficiency with digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, SFDC, Looker Marketing dashboards access, KNAK, Gmail, Hangouts, Google Sites, Moma, Gather, GWS, AMP, Looker, Marketo, Sandbox (Budgeting Platform), Guts (Internal ticketing tool), Formbox
- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
- Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
Job Duties
- Manage end-to-end coordination of events, from planning to post-event evaluation
- Create and distribute briefing materials and email communications for internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee account-based marketing activities, including bespoke content creation
- Execute region and segment-specific marketing programs and events
- Handle logistics, speaker scheduling, and customer engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with direct marketing teams for campaign analysis and reporting
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers, project team members, and representatives from various functional and technical teams
- Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes
