Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 4-8 years of experience in event planning and management, project management, logistics coordination
  • Proven track record of at least 4 years in event planning, project management, and logistical coordination
  • At least 4 years of experience with stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience of at least 4 years with content development and data analysis
  • Ability to travel up to 10% depending on project needs
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision

Job Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in event planning and management, project management, logistics coordination, stakeholder and agency partnership, communication, content development, or data analysis/report generation in dynamic business environments
  • Minimum of 4 years' proven track record in event planning, project management, and logistical coordination within a dynamic environment
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience with stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of successful agency partnerships
  • Minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience with content development and data analysis, including the ability to generate and interpret actionable reports
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
  • Ability to operate independently or with minimum supervision

Job Duties

  • Manages end-to-end coordination of events, from planning to post-event evaluation
  • Creates and distributes briefing materials and email communications for internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversees account-based marketing activities, including bespoke content creation
  • Executes region and segment-specific marketing programs and events
  • Handles logistics, speaker scheduling, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with direct marketing teams for campaign analysis and reporting
  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers, project team members, and representatives from various functional and technical teams
  • Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes
