Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing catering events
- strong knowledge of food and industry trends
- excellent communication skills
- advanced computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint
- ServSafe certification recommended
- ability to multitask effectively
- high standard of integrity and ethical behavior

- minimum of 3 years of experience in managing catering events in a high volume, luxury f&b environment
- ServSafe certification recommended
- superior communication and problem-solving/strategizing skills
- excellent computer skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- conformity to the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior
Job Duties
- Develops and implements service standards for small and large special events
- plans menus, layout, decor, and booking entertainment when appropriate for catered events
- works closely with event planners to ensure client expectations are met
- provides recommendation and guidance based on experience and trends in the industry to enhance each event
- manages the event budget from the initial stage and provides after event summary and cost
- collaborates and supports Director of Catering Services and Executive Chef in planning events
- identifies client/guest needs and interacts in a positive, proactive manner
