Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4-8 years of relevant experience
- minimum 4 years in event planning and project management
- minimum 4 years experience in stakeholder management
- minimum 4 years experience in content development and data analysis
- ability to travel 10 percent on average
- limited immigration sponsorship available
- proficiency in digital collaboration tools
Job Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in event planning and management, project management, logistics coordination, stakeholder and agency partnership, communication, content development, or data analysis and report generation in dynamic business environments
- minimum of 4 years proven track record in event planning, project management, and logistical coordination
- minimum of 4 years experience with stakeholder management and communication skills
- minimum of 4 years hands-on experience with content development and data analysis
- bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- experience executing multi-channel campaigns or large-scale corporate events
- proficiency with digital collaboration tools including Google Workspace, SFDC, Looker, Marketo, and internal ticketing systems
- analytical and decision-making skills
- excellent written and communication skills
- ability to deliver technical demonstrations
Job Duties
- Plan and manage events by coordinating logistics
- partner with agencies to ensure seamless execution
- oversee project timelines
- collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- drive content development and communication efforts
- analyze event and marketing data to generate actionable reports
- manage end-to-end coordination of events from planning to post-event evaluation
- create and distribute briefing materials and communications
- oversee account-based marketing activities
- execute region and segment-specific marketing programs
- handle speaker scheduling and customer engagement initiatives
- collaborate with marketing teams for campaign analysis
- communicate regularly with directors and teams
- independently lead client engagement workstreams for process improvement and transformation
