Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience
  • minimum 4 years in event planning and project management
  • minimum 4 years experience in stakeholder management
  • minimum 4 years experience in content development and data analysis
  • ability to travel 10 percent on average
  • limited immigration sponsorship available
  • proficiency in digital collaboration tools

Job Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in event planning and management, project management, logistics coordination, stakeholder and agency partnership, communication, content development, or data analysis and report generation in dynamic business environments
  • minimum of 4 years proven track record in event planning, project management, and logistical coordination
  • minimum of 4 years experience with stakeholder management and communication skills
  • minimum of 4 years hands-on experience with content development and data analysis
  • bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • experience executing multi-channel campaigns or large-scale corporate events
  • proficiency with digital collaboration tools including Google Workspace, SFDC, Looker, Marketo, and internal ticketing systems
  • analytical and decision-making skills
  • excellent written and communication skills
  • ability to deliver technical demonstrations

Job Duties

  • Plan and manage events by coordinating logistics
  • partner with agencies to ensure seamless execution
  • oversee project timelines
  • collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • drive content development and communication efforts
  • analyze event and marketing data to generate actionable reports
  • manage end-to-end coordination of events from planning to post-event evaluation
  • create and distribute briefing materials and communications
  • oversee account-based marketing activities
  • execute region and segment-specific marketing programs
  • handle speaker scheduling and customer engagement initiatives
  • collaborate with marketing teams for campaign analysis
  • communicate regularly with directors and teams
  • independently lead client engagement workstreams for process improvement and transformation
