- Minimum 3 years experience in event management

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in event management, preferably in B2B, hotel hospitality or trade shows
- Proven track record managing medium to large-scale events with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused environments
- Knowledge of event production, vendor management, and logistics coordination
Job Duties
- Execute comprehensive event strategies tailored to specific market locations
- Manage all aspects of events from planning through post-event analysis and follow-up
- Ensure seamless integration of physical market experiences
- Oversee event setup, attendee management, and breakdown operations
- Deliver exceptional end-to-end customer experiences that exceed buyer and seller expectations
- Monitor and optimize customer touchpoints throughout the event lifecycle
- Analyze customer feedback to continuously improve event quality
- Support Senior Events Manager in resolving customer concerns
- Partner closely with operations teams for venue management and logistics
- Collaborate with marketing for local marketing initiatives and customer engagement
- Work with technology teams to optimize digital tool integration
- Coordinate with business development to support customer acquisition
- Support vendor coordination, timeline management, and quality control
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety requirements
- Assist in event budgeting and cost optimization
- Develop knowledge of local market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitors
- Navigate local regulations, permitting, and venue procedures
- Build relationships with local vendors and service providers
- Adapt national event strategies for local markets
