Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in event management or related hospitality roles
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work evenings weekends and holidays as required
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience managing private events in a fine dining restaurant luxury hotel or upscale hospitality venue
- Proven success in client relations and event execution within a high-touch service environment
- Exceptional communication organization and leadership skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate client needs and create tailored experiences with poise and discretion
- Professional polish and composure with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of private dining and special events from inquiry to post-event follow-up ensuring an elevated client and guest experience
- Build and maintain relationships with discerning clientele corporate partners and social planners to encourage repeat and referral business
- Develop customized proposals event orders and timelines that align with each client's vision and the restaurant's brand standards
- Partner closely with culinary beverage and operations teams to design bespoke menus and experiences that exceed expectations
- Oversee on-site event execution ensuring seamless coordination timing and presentation throughout service
- Represent the restaurant with professionalism and sophistication at client meetings tastings and industry functions
- Collaborate with marketing to showcase the restaurant's private dining capabilities and highlight its signature experiences
- Maintain accurate event forecasts contracts and post-event evaluations to support business goals
