Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing Business or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 4-8 years of experience in event planning and management project management logistics coordination stakeholder and agency partnership communication content development or data analysis report generation
  • Minimum of 4 years proven track record in event planning project management and logistical coordination within a dynamic environment
  • Minimum of 4 years experience with stakeholder management and communication skills with a track record of successful agency partnerships
  • Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience with content development and data analysis including the ability to generate and interpret actionable reports
  • Ability to travel 10 percent on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries sectors you serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Job Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in event planning and management project management logistics coordination stakeholder and agency partnership communication content development or data analysis report generation in dynamic business environments
  • Minimum of 4 years' proven track record in event planning project management and logistical coordination within a dynamic environment
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience with stakeholder management and communication skills with a track record of successful agency partnerships
  • Minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience with content development and data analysis including the ability to generate and interpret actionable reports
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing Business or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience executing multi-channel campaigns or large-scale corporate events demonstrating creative problem-solving and adaptability
  • Proficiency with digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace SFDC Looker Marketing dashboards access KNAK GMail Hangouts Google Sites Moma Gather GWS AMP Looker Marketo Sandbox Budgeting Platform Guts Internal ticketing tool and Formbox
  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations

Job Duties

  • Manages end-to-end coordination of events from planning to post-event evaluation
  • Creates and distributes briefing materials and email communications for internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversees account-based marketing activities including bespoke content creation
  • Executes region and segment-specific marketing programs and events
  • Handles logistics speaker scheduling and customer engagement initiatives
  • Collaborates with direct marketing teams for campaign analysis and reporting
  • Communicates regularly with Engagement Managers Directors project team members and representatives from various functional and or technical teams including escalating matters requiring additional attention
  • Independently and collaboratively leads client engagement workstreams focused on improvement optimization and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows addressing deficits in quality and driving operational outcomes
