Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in event planning, project management, logistics coordination, stakeholder partnership, communication, content development, or data analysis
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in event planning and project management
- Minimum 4 years of experience in stakeholder management and agency collaboration
- Minimum 4 years of experience with content development and data analysis
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Limited immigration sponsorship available
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in digital collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in event planning and management, project management, logistics coordination, stakeholder and agency partnership, communication, content development, or data analysis/report generation in dynamic business environments
- Minimum of 4 years' proven track record in event planning, project management, and logistical coordination within a dynamic environment
- Minimum of 4 years' experience with stakeholder management and communication skills, with successful agency partnerships
- Minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience with content development and data analysis, including generating and interpreting actionable reports
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel 10%, on average
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Experience executing multi-channel campaigns or large-scale corporate events
- Proficiency with digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, SFDC, Looker, KNAK, Marketo, and internal ticketing tools
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
Job Duties
- Manages end-to-end coordination of events, from planning to post-event evaluation
- Creates and distributes briefing materials and email communications for internal and external stakeholders
- Oversees account-based marketing activities, including bespoke content creation
- Executes region and segment-specific marketing programs and events
- Handles logistics, speaker scheduling, and customer engagement initiatives
- Collaborates with direct marketing teams for campaign analysis and reporting
- Communicates regularly with Engagement Managers, project team members, and representatives from technical and functional teams
- Independently and collaboratively leads client engagement workstreams focused on process improvement, optimization, and transformation
