Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in marketing, business or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 4-8 years of experience in event planning and management, project management, logistics coordination, stakeholder and agency partnership, communication, content development, or data analysis/report generation
  • minimum of 4 years proven track record in event planning, project management, and logistical coordination
  • minimum of 4 years experience with stakeholder management and communication skills
  • minimum of 4 years hands-on experience with content development and data analysis
  • ability to travel 10 percent on average
  • limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • can operate independently or with minimum supervision
  • excellent written and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in event planning and management, project management, logistics coordination, stakeholder and agency partnership, communication, content development, or data analysis/report generation
  • minimum of 4 years proven track record in event planning, project management, and logistical coordination within a dynamic environment
  • minimum of 4 years experience with stakeholder management and communication skills, with successful agency partnerships
  • minimum of 4 years hands-on experience with content development and data analysis including generating and interpreting actionable reports
  • bachelor's degree preferably in marketing, business or a related field or equivalent experience
  • experience executing multi-channel campaigns or large-scale corporate events
  • proficiency with digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, SFDC, Looker Marketing dashboards, KNAK, GMail, Hangouts, Google Sites, Moma, Gather, GWS, AMP, Marketo, Sandbox budgeting platform, Guts and Formbox
  • analytical and decision making abilities
  • excellent written and communication skills
  • ability to deliver technical demonstrations

Job Duties

  • Plan and manage events by coordinating logistics, partnering with agencies, and ensuring seamless execution from conception to completion
  • oversee project timelines and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • drive content development and communication efforts to engage target audiences effectively
  • analyze event and marketing data to generate actionable reports and continuously optimize strategies
  • manage end-to-end coordination of events including post-event evaluation
  • create and distribute briefing materials and communications for stakeholders
  • oversee account-based marketing activities including bespoke content creation
  • execute region and segment-specific marketing programs and events
  • handle logistics, speaker scheduling, and customer engagement initiatives
  • collaborate with marketing teams for campaign analysis and reporting
  • communicate regularly with engagement managers, project teams, and technical teams
  • lead client engagement workstreams focused on process improvement, optimization, and transformation including implementing leading workflows and driving operational outcomes
