Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in event planning, project management, or related fields
- Proven track record of at least 4 years in event planning and logistical coordination
- Minimum of 4 years experience in stakeholder management and agency partnerships
- Minimum of 4 years experience in content development and data analysis
- Ability to travel up to 10 percent
- Limited immigration sponsorship available
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in digital collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferably in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 4-8 years of experience in event planning, project management, logistics coordination, stakeholder partnership, communication, content development, or data analysis/report generation
- Minimum of 4 years proven track record in event planning and logistical coordination in dynamic environments
- Minimum of 4 years experience with stakeholder management and successful agency partnerships
- Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience with content development and data analysis including report generation
- Experience executing multi-channel campaigns or large-scale corporate events
- Proficiency with digital collaboration tools including Google Workspace, SFDC, Looker marketing dashboards, KNAK, Gmail, Hangouts, Google Sites, Moma, Gather, AMP, Marketo, Sandbox budgeting platform, Guts ticketing tool, and Formbox
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
- Can operate independently or with minimal supervision
Job Duties
- Manage end-to-end coordination of events from planning to post-event evaluation
- Create and distribute briefing materials and email communications for internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee account-based marketing activities including bespoke content creation
- Execute region and segment-specific marketing programs and events
- Handle logistics, speaker scheduling, and customer engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with direct marketing teams for campaign analysis and reporting
- Communicate regularly with engagement managers, project team members, and functional or technical teams
- Lead client engagement workstreams focused on process improvement, optimization, and transformation
