Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4-8 years of experience in event planning and management, project management, logistics coordination, stakeholder and agency partnership, communication, content development, or data analysis/report generation
  • Minimum of 4 years proven track record in event planning, project management, and logistical coordination
  • Minimum of 4 years experience with stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience with content development and data analysis including report generation
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, depending on work and client industry sectors served

Job Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in event planning and management, project management, logistics coordination, stakeholder and agency partnership, communication, content development, or data analysis/report generation in dynamic business environments
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of minimum 4 years in event planning, project management, and logistical coordination within a dynamic environment
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with stakeholder management and communication skills, with successful agency partnerships
  • Minimum 4 years hands-on experience with content development and data analysis including the ability to generate and interpret actionable reports
  • Experience executing multi-channel campaigns or large-scale corporate events demonstrating creative problem-solving and adaptability
  • Proficiency with digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, SFDC, Looker Marketing dashboards, KNAK, Gmail, Hangouts, Google Sites, Moma, Gather, GWS, AMP, Marketo, Sandbox (Budgeting Platform), Guts (Internal ticketing tool), and Formbox
  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
  • Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations

Job Duties

  • Manages end-to-end coordination of events, from planning to post-event evaluation
  • Creates and distributes briefing materials and email communications for internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversees account-based marketing activities, including bespoke content creation
  • Executes region and segment-specific marketing programs and events
  • Handles logistics, speaker scheduling, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Collaborates with direct marketing teams for campaign analysis and reporting
  • Communicates regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and/or technical teams, including escalating issues requiring additional attention
  • Independently and collaboratively leads client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing quality deficits, and driving operational outcomes
