Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
4-8 years of experience in event planning and management, project management, logistics coordination, stakeholder and agency partnership, communication, content development, or data analysis/report generation
Minimum of 4 years proven track record in event planning, project management, and logistical coordination within a dynamic environment
Minimum of 4 years experience with stakeholder management and communication skills
Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience with content development and data analysis
Ability to travel 10% on average, based on work and clients served
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Job Qualifications

4-8 years of experience in event planning and management, project management, logistics coordination, stakeholder and agency partnership, communication, content development, or data analysis/report generation in dynamic business environments
Minimum of 4 years proven track record in event planning, project management, and logistical coordination within a dynamic environment
Minimum of 4 years experience with stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of successful agency partnerships
Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience with content development and data analysis, including the ability to generate and interpret actionable reports
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience executing multi-channel campaigns or large-scale corporate events demonstrating creative problem-solving and adaptability
Proficiency with digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, SFDC, Looker Marketing dashboards, KNAK, Gmail, Hangouts, Google Sites, Moma, Gather, GWS, AMP, Marketo, Sandbox, Guts (internal ticketing tool), and Formbox
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
Excellent written and communication skills
Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
Ability to operate independently or with minimum supervision

Job Duties

Manages end-to-end coordination of events, from planning to post-event evaluation
Creates and distributes briefing materials and email communications for internal and external stakeholders
Oversees account-based marketing activities, including bespoke content creation
Executes region and segment-specific marketing programs and events
Handles logistics, speaker scheduling, and customer engagement initiatives
Collaborates with direct marketing teams for campaign analysis and reporting
Communicates regularly with engagement managers, project team members, and technical teams, escalating matters as needed
Independently and collaboratively leads client engagement workstreams focused on process improvement, optimization, and transformation
