Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in marketing business or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 4-8 years of experience in event planning and management project management logistics coordination stakeholder and agency partnership communication content development or data analysis report generation in dynamic business environments
  • Minimum of 4 years' proven track record in event planning project management and logistical coordination within a dynamic environment
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience with stakeholder management and communication skills with a track record of successful agency partnerships
  • Minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience with content development and data analysis including the ability to generate and interpret actionable reports
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10 percent on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries sectors you serve

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manages end-to-end coordination of events from planning to post-event evaluation
  • Creates and distributes briefing materials and email communications for internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversees account-based marketing activities including bespoke content creation
  • Executes region and segment-specific marketing programs and events
  • Handles logistics speaker scheduling and customer engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with direct marketing teams for campaign analysis and reporting
  • Communicate regularly with engagement managers project team members and representatives from various functional and technical teams including escalating matters requiring additional attention
  • Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement optimization and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows addressing deficits in quality and driving operational outcomes
