Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-8 years of experience in event planning and management
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven track record in logistical coordination and project management
  • Minimum of 4 years of stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to generate and interpret actionable reports
  • Proficiency with digital collaboration tools
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10% on average
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision

Job Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in event planning and management, project management, logistics coordination, stakeholder and agency partnership, communication, content development, or data analysis/report generation
  • Minimum of 4 years' proven track record in event planning, project management, and logistical coordination within a dynamic environment
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience with stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of successful agency partnerships
  • Minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience with content development and data analysis, including the ability to generate and interpret actionable reports
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience executing multi-channel campaigns or large-scale corporate events
  • Proficiency with digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, SFDC, Looker Marketing dashboards, KNAK, GMail, Hangouts, Google Sites, Moma, Gather, AMP, Marketo, Sandbox Budgeting Platform, Guts ticketing tool, and Formbox
  • Analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations

Job Duties

  • Plan and manage events by coordinating logistics and partnering with agencies
  • Oversee project timelines and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Drive content development and communication strategies
  • Analyze event and marketing data to generate actionable reports
  • Manage end-to-end coordination of events from planning to post-event evaluation
  • Create and distribute briefing materials and email communications
  • Handle logistics, speaker scheduling, and customer engagement initiatives
