Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferably in marketing, business, or related field or equivalent experience
- 4-8 years of experience in event planning and management, logistics coordination, stakeholder and agency partnership, communication, content development, or data analysis/report generation
- Minimum 4 years proven track record in event planning, project management, and logistical coordination
- Minimum 4 years experience with stakeholder management and communication skills
- Minimum 4 years hands-on experience with content development and data analysis
- Ability to travel 10% on average
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

- Minimum 4 years proven track record in event planning, project management, and logistical coordination in a dynamic environment
- Minimum 4 years experience with stakeholder management and communication skills with successful agency partnerships
- Minimum 4 years hands-on experience with content development and data analysis including report generation and interpretation
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel 10% on average
- Experience executing multi-channel campaigns or large-scale corporate events
- Proficiency with digital collaboration tools including Google Workspace, SFDC, Looker Marketing dashboards, KNAK, GMail, Hangouts, Google Sites, Moma, Gather, GWS, AMP, Marketo, Sandbox budgeting platform, Guts ticketing tool, Formbox
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
- Can operate independently or with minimal supervision
Job Duties
- Plan and manage events by coordinating logistics and partnering with agencies
- Oversee project timelines and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Drive content development and communication efforts to engage target audiences
- Analyze event and marketing data to generate actionable reports
- Manage end-to-end coordination of events from planning to post-event evaluation
- Create and distribute briefing materials and email communications for stakeholders
- Oversee account-based marketing activities including bespoke content creation
- Execute region and segment-specific marketing programs and events
- Handle logistics, speaker scheduling, and customer engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign analysis and reporting
- Communicate regularly with engagement managers, project team members, and technical teams
- Lead client engagement workstreams focused on process improvement, optimization, and transformation
