Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience in event planning, project management, and related fields
  • minimum 4 years' experience in stakeholder management and communication
  • proven ability in content development and data analysis
  • ability to travel up to 10 percent
  • limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • proficiency with relevant collaboration and marketing tools
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in event planning and management, project management, logistics coordination, stakeholder and agency partnership, communication, content development, or data analysis/report generation
  • minimum of 4 years' proven track record in event planning, project management, and logistical coordination
  • minimum of 4 years' experience with stakeholder management and communication skills
  • minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience with content development and data analysis
  • bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • experience executing multi-channel campaigns or large-scale corporate events
  • proficiency with digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, SFDC, Looker, Marketo, and internal ticketing tools
  • strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • excellent written and communication skills
  • ability to deliver technical demonstrations

Job Duties

  • Plan and manage events by coordinating logistics and partnering with agencies
  • oversee project timelines and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • drive content development and communication efforts
  • analyze event and marketing data to generate actionable reports
  • manage end-to-end coordination of events from planning to post-event evaluation
  • create and distribute briefing materials and communications for stakeholders
  • oversee account-based marketing activities and bespoke content creation
  • execute region and segment-specific marketing programs and events
  • handle logistics, speaker scheduling, and customer engagement initiatives
  • collaborate with direct marketing teams for campaign analysis and reporting
  • communicate regularly with engagement managers, project teams, and functional/technical representatives
  • lead client engagement workstreams independently and collaboratively focused on process improvement and operational outcomes
  • implement leading practice workflows and address quality deficits
