Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience in event planning, project management, or related fields
  • Minimum of 4 years’ proven track record in event planning and logistical coordination
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in stakeholder management and communication
  • Minimum of 4 years’ hands-on experience in content development and data analysis
  • Ability to travel up to 10 percent based on work requirements
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Job Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in event planning and management, project management, logistics coordination, stakeholder and agency partnership, communication, content development, or data analysis/report generation in dynamic business environments
  • Minimum of 4 years’ proven track record in event planning, project management, and logistical coordination within a dynamic environment
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience with stakeholder management and communication skills with successful agency partnerships
  • Minimum of 4 years’ hands-on experience with content development and data analysis including ability to generate and interpret actionable reports
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience executing multi-channel campaigns or large-scale corporate events demonstrating creative problem-solving and adaptability
  • Proficiency with digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, SFDC, Looker Marketing dashboards, KNAK, GMail, Hangouts, Google Sites, Moma, Gather, GWS, AMP, Marketo, Sandbox, Guts, and Formbox
  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
  • Ability to operate independently or with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations

Job Duties

  • Manage end-to-end coordination of events from planning to post-event evaluation
  • Create and distribute briefing materials and email communications for internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee account-based marketing activities including bespoke content creation
  • Execute region and segment-specific marketing programs and events
  • Handle logistics, speaker scheduling, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with direct marketing teams for campaign analysis and reporting
  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers, project team members, and representatives from various functional and technical teams including escalating issues
  • Lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practices, addressing quality deficits, and driving operational outcomes
