Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4-8 years of experience in event planning and management, project management, logistics coordination, stakeholder and agency partnership, communication, content development, or data analysis/report generation in dynamic business environments
  • Minimum of 4 years proven track record in event planning, project management, and logistical coordination within a dynamic environment
  • Minimum of 4 years experience with stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of successful agency partnerships
  • Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience with content development and data analysis, including the ability to generate and interpret actionable reports
  • Ability to travel 10 percent, on average
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Job Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in event planning and management, project management, logistics coordination, stakeholder and agency partnership, communication, content development, or data analysis/report generation in dynamic business environments
  • Minimum of 4 years proven track record in event planning, project management, and logistical coordination within a dynamic environment
  • Minimum of 4 years experience with stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of successful agency partnerships
  • Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience with content development and data analysis, including the ability to generate and interpret actionable reports
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience executing multi-channel campaigns or large-scale corporate events, demonstrating creative problem-solving and adaptability
  • Proficiency with digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, SFDC, Looker Marketing dashboards, KNAK, GMail, Hangouts, Google Sites, Moma, Gather, GWS, AMP, Marketo, Sandbox, Guts, and Formbox
  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
  • Can operate independently or with minimum supervision

Job Duties

  • Manages end-to-end coordination of events, from planning to post-event evaluation
  • Creates and distributes briefing materials and email communications for internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversees account-based marketing activities, including bespoke content creation
  • Executes region and segment-specific marketing programs and events
  • Handles logistics, speaker scheduling, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Collaborates with direct marketing teams for campaign analysis and reporting
  • Communicates regularly with Engagement Managers, project team members, and representatives from various functional and technical teams, escalating matters when necessary
  • Independently and collaboratively leads client engagement workstreams focused on process improvement, optimization, and transformation including workflow implementation and operational outcome delivery
