Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4-8 years of experience in event planning and management, project management, logistics coordination, stakeholder and agency partnership, communication, content development, or data analysis/report generation
  • minimum of 4 years' proven track record in event planning, project management, and logistical coordination within a dynamic environment
  • minimum of 4 years' experience with stakeholder management and communication skills, with successful agency partnerships
  • minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience with content development and data analysis, including the ability to generate and interpret actionable reports
  • limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • ability to travel 10% on average
  • proficiency with digital collaboration tools is preferred
  • excellent written and communication skills
  • ability to deliver technical demonstrations

Job Duties

  • Manages end-to-end coordination of events, from planning to post-event evaluation
  • creates and distributes briefing materials and email communications for internal and external stakeholders
  • oversees account-based marketing activities, including bespoke content creation
  • executes region and segment-specific marketing programs and events
  • handles logistics, speaker scheduling, and customer engagement initiatives
  • collaborate with direct marketing teams for campaign analysis and reporting
  • communicate regularly with engagement managers and project team members, escalating matters requiring additional attention
  • independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes
